mapper stops moving from one room to another

ok, im running winxp, and the newest version on zmud, playing achaea. my problem, and has been since the earliest vrs or zmud ive ever used(all have been great) is that it automaps fine and i can go back in that room once and the blue dot will follow but i leave and try to go back and the blue dot doesnt follow, and it happens to the whole map, it ruins it cause the blue dot wont move. if i put it in follow mode it doesnt do anythin at all aswell. please help!
