how to set state of trigger?

Is there a way to set what state a multi-state trigger is on besides clicking on the state? I want to be able to set a trigger to state 0 when a certain thing happens, I've tried #RES classfolder but it only resets the var's to default not the trigs.

Is there some way to maybe tell it that the default state is 0 so when I use #RES it resets to state 0? Thanx for any help.
