zMUD freeze with #TAG command |
I recently upgraded to 6.40, and am now having a minor problem. I'm on a MUD that has text output that the automapper has hell trying to pick up, on the rare occasion that it can pick it up at all(Achaea). I've used the tag command to override normal detection, but I've now run in to a much bigger problem. Whenever I use the #TAG prompt command at a time that zmud is either creating a new room, or updating the information on the existing room it freezes. As long as I'm not making a new room or updating the one I'm in zMUD could care less, the #TAG prompt doesn't do anything. I suspect the #TAG prompt is what causes zmud to actualy update, and for some reason zMUD is having trouble updating the room or creating a new one. Now, I can theoreticaly use the 'makeroom' command and other related commands/functions to force the mapper to do what I want it to in brute force, but it would be my preference not to have to. If anybody else has encountered the problem or knows how to fix it, your help would be much appreciated.
