zmud doesn't start!!

i'm running winxp pro. when i tried to start my zmud 6.16 it didn't do anything. nothing happened. when i changed the compatibility to win95 i got a message that said something about cannot receive license... 23. ???

In WinXP you need to install and run zMUD as an Administrator the first time. After that any user (with rights, of course) should be able to run it.
