Color triggers

Hiya's

My problem is this:
ive changed the color of a channel with a trigger, and want another trigger to be able to fire off something said on this channel, but only if its the color ive changed it to. It wont, i think this means zmud changes the color of the channel after running the trigger that detects the phrase im testing for. How do i go about making this work pls?

tnx for your time

If the trigger changes the color of the channel, won't the channel always have that color then?

apparently not :( i think the trigger that changes the channels color does so only after the other trigger has looked at the phrase, seen its not the right color and therefore done nothing. If i turn off the check on the color of the channel, the trigger works

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, why have it check for the color of the channel, since you know that the channel will always be changed to the color you specified?

zMUD checks triggers for match in the order they appear in the Settings Editor. If you want a trigger to fire before some other trigger, you need to move it up in the list. To do this, make sure View|Sort By|None is selected and then just drag and drop the trigger to the position you want.
