Elicense Error
 
I have my e-license as well as all of the old Zuggsoft e-mails but I am getting an error saying that my elicense has not been found - I bought the program more than 4 or 5 years ago. I have my license and name - where should I look for help?

Email Zugg directly at support@zuggsoft.com . You should include you name, email address at time of purchase (as best you can recall), current license code, date of purchase (again as best you can recall), and a statement of the exact error message. You should include any other information that you think would be helpful to Zugg in finding your original order, so he can figure why it is not working.
