Email Zugg directly at support@zuggsoft.com . You should include you name, email address at time of purchase (as best you can recall), current license code, date of purchase (again as best you can recall), and a statement of the exact error message. You should include any other information that you think would be helpful to Zugg in finding your original order, so he can figure why it is not working.
