how to creat a new direction in zmapper |
zMUD Guru said:
You need to first use zMapper to create these new directions and specify how they would be drawn. One of the zMapper tutorials talks a bit about this.
So I tried to creat a new direction in zmapper but failed.
I click Edit|Options|Directions button, and succeeded to name the new direction but failed to name the speedwalk char. When I click the keyboard, nothing comes out in the blank line of speedwalk char.
Another question, I fail to find any hint about creating new directions in zMapper tutorials |

Actually, you don't need zMapper for this. You can do this in zMUD itself using the View/Directions menu. You define the speedwalk character and command here and assign it to a mapper direction.
