Clock problems |
Whenever i try and boot up zmud now it gives me some message about how my computers clock has been set back and i restore it. first off i didn't do anything to it, and second there is a button to verify the time on the internet. i tried that and no luck... just says that it wasn't correctly reset. anyone have any ideas?

Change the computer's date so it's correct, using the Windows Date/Time from the taskbar or the Control Panel.

E-mail support at eLicense or Zuggsoft and ask them nicely to reset your license after explaining your problem.

Just to let you know why it's asking for a new number, eLicense updated their software to fix a few bugs. This new version was incompatible with the old one, so Zugg had to set up another license. Apparently unaware of the side effect that users with 3 licenses already used up couldn't register, they initially (still are?) voided one license for everyone or everyone with more than one active (thus, a user with 3 active licenses would have 2).
