I'm not going to reduce the name of the mob to just one word since it may happen that not all mobs are named in the same manner, but this should be close enough to what you want:
#TRIGGER {(*)'s fist beats the life out of (%w), blood pours from {his|her} body} {#GAG;#SH ~>%2 Fisted By %1~<}

thanks for the response , if there were 2 PC's involved in this line instead of mob/pc. Would the arguments remain the same?

Yes, since * would match one word or multiple words. The only problem would be if the one getting fisted has a name of more than one word. Assuming that this will always be a playe and player names can only be one word, then it's alright. Otherwise, you would need to change that one to * too.
