Autohealing Checklist

I am currently using the most recent version of zmud and I would like to write a script that would keep track of healing afflictions. I use triggers for most of my healing but in some instances the trigger doesnt work because I am unbalanced, held by a spell, afflicted by another affliction, ect. ect. What I would like to do is track afflictions and when they are healed. The mud provides messages for both so I know this can be done. Looking for suggestion on best way to go about this before I start. Would like to be able to push a button to generate picklist. Picklist is nice because you can click more than one action. This way I could cure several afflictions quickly if I wanted to. Just looking to be pointed in a good general direction.

Do a search on afflictions and browse about. Many ideas have been thrown about in the past.

Here is an example for concepts: here.
