Command line off and menu

Why when I have in window disabled/hidden command line all keypress is like I could hit it with ALT? Menu of zmud main window is active in this case - I'm writing very fast and sometimes haven't noticed that I was in my additional window which haven't command line and make strange thing when my pressed keys have mapping in zmud-menu. How to disable this annoying feature?

In Preferences, General, Command Line, try disabling Enable Menu key shortcuts.

believe just to focus on a window its :windowname: but that probably would not help much if there is no command line huh :)

Actually, it'd be windowname: to shift focus to a window. :windowname: won't shift the focus, but will execute the commands sent to that window.
