License problem I think |
You'll need to email elicense technical support - support@elicense.com. Explain what program you're using (AC Explorer), what version you're using (3.30?), tell them what error you're getting, and what OS you're using ACE on. They'll probably send you a diagnostic program that'll help. I say probably, because I can't read their minds, that's just what they've done in the past

eLicense is a "real" company (as opposed to the Zugg Software family business). Thus, they don't usually do support on weekends. Give them another day and send them another email if you haven't heard back in case your original message never got there. If you still have trouble, email me at support@zuggsoft.com and I can make sure it gets to someone at eLicense.

I just like asking stupid questions...
You did run the patch, right?
At this point you need to get in touch with support@elicense.com about the problem - it's not an ACE issue, but an eLicense issue. It may help to cc support@zuggsoft.com so they can converse with elicense and reference the thread of emails.

Kozar, please send me email on this. Include any emails you have sent or received from eLicense. Public forums are not the appropriate place to discuss licensing issues since we can't get your registration code and look into it. eLicense normally provides excellent customer support, and will want to know about any case where the problem isn't resolved.
Finally, in some cases you have to run the eLicense diagnostic program more than once (I've heard of one case where it took 3 attempts). This program attempts to repair the corrupted license database on your system, and sometimes isn't able to fix it all the first time. Also, you *must* reboot after running the diagnostic before AC Explorer will work again.
