I wanted to search for a room, but the binocular button in the map sends "look" to the mud. THe Magnifying glass does nothing when you click it. I need the search function.

The magnifying glass will send a #LOOK command, to reset the room description (if the map is in mapping mode).

The binoculars send the #FIND command, which will try to match the output of a 'look' command to know rooms on the map.

Using them back to back could reset the description of the current room, and them happen to find that the current room now matches a look command.
