Dragging / Docking Windows
 
Hi

I am not able to drag to move or dock windows. If I create a new Window,I have always been able to drag and drop the window where I would like it, Floating Tabbed etc. If I click and drag on the window, nothing happens. It simple will not move the window as it has always done.

I have tried looking for a setting I may have accidentally changed, but cannot see anything.

So sorry. I just noticed I had Lock Layout enabled! Doh!
