"open e door" -> "open east door"

Is there a way to get the mapper to send a long direction name, when it's trying to open a door? The MUD I'm playing has chosen not to recognize short direction names for doors.

Code:

It is afternoon. Fountain Street stretches onwards to the west and east. Neatly
trimmed trees stand at regular intervals beside this broad, cobblestones laid
road, giving shade and shelter to the white stone buildings beyong. To the
north is a small building with a sign on the wall.
A closed door leading north.
There are three obvious exits: west, east and north.
A blue-eyed grim-looking male sentry.
> open n door

Open what?
>
The door is closed.
> open north door
You open the door.
> n
You are standing in the pipe maker's shop. The shop is not big and wood for
pipes and leaves in all sizes are stacked all over the room. To the east you
see a small yard. A sign on the wall explains what there is to buy.
An open door leading south.
There are two obvious exits: south and east.
A brown-skinned apron-wearing male human.

Yes, there is.
First, we need to open up the setting.
In the mapper, under the Config menu, open Configuration Settings.
Switch to the Strings and Doors tab on the left.

Now just nest %reversedir, instead of: open %1
Try: open %reversedir(%reversedir(%1),1)
