#DIR command (is there a way to list them and/or set back to default?

Is there any way to list or view all of the current #DIR settings? I was playing around and screwed a couple up, so I wanted to look at them..

Also, is there any way to set these back to default?

Thanks so much,

Pawn

Go up to the Menu Bar, and under view, you can see the directions.
You will need to select the appropriate package that they are located in (English Directions)
To reset them to default i think you would need to reinstall CMUD.

That is very helpful!! I have never clicked on that before, so again...thank you so much.

Another question:

I am using a session called 'MUD' , and I'm using a map called 'map2016'

when I click view (on the menu bar) I can see directions for all of these....(default, MUD and map2016).

The default seem completely correct but there are some missing from mud & map2016...

Is there a link that explains which set of DIR commands is used when? Does it use the default DIR unless it is over-ridden by one of the others?

I'm sorry if my question isnt very clear, somehow I goofed up my mapper using the #DIR command, and I'm trying to repair my own damage!

Okay, the way packages work is to separate the various bits and bobs into neat little bundles.
So long as at least one of your included packages has the directions defined, none of the others need it.
Sorta like delegating tasks.
No need to reinvent the wheel and all that.
I believe the main session titled package takes priority in the case of duplicate defined directions, but I have never tested it.
That's how it works with duplicate macroes at least.
If you have duplicate events, they all fire. Same with triggers.

Actually, come to think...
I believe that if you want another package to handle the direction definitions, you need to remove the english directions package from your session's package list.

Exit the session, but dont quit CMUD entirely, or just click the sessions button.
Edit the session.
Navigate to the Packages tab.
(You need to go here to add the packages you download from the package library as well)
Make sure to save...
And i usually restart CMUD entirely after editing a session like that, same when I mess with the layout.
