key retrevial for zmud
 
hey Zugg,
I've tried twice to retrieve my key for zmud. (reinstalled today, added a ssd drive)

First time, it said it sent an email, and I received nothing , that was over 6 hours ago

so I tried again a few minutes ago, and got this

This license key was already retrieved recently.

Check your e-mail for the previous message containing your license key and make sure your e-mail is set up to accept messages from zuggsoft.com.

The Access Denied line is not broken. You can only retrieve the key once every 7 days (been this way since the system was created). As far as the email not getting to you, that's a fault of your ISP. Some of them have blacklists that they delete on receipt BEFORE routing them to the user they were intended for. Zugg was mistakenly put on such lists at one point (att/yahoo, for example), but I'm not sure if that ever got cleared up. You will need to send an email to the above address, and Chiara will respond within 72 hours.

We had a number of technical difficulties, so I've been behind in support emails but am now caught up. The blacklists change and this week we are being blocked by hotmail. We work to clear them up, but that takes time.

Matt is almost correct. The keys are valid for 7 days and you can retrieve one yourself up to once every 30 days.
If you still haven't gotten your key, please email me directly at zuggsoft dot sales at gmail dot com.
