Trigger calling a variable

I did some searching, and couldn't quite find the answer to my question.

I know how to set variables, and call specific ones. But how would I go about calling a specific variable based off what they say? For example, a person's name.

Say I were to be keeping track of when the last time someone logged in was, in a variable with their name (say @Zeranamu) - and they asked me when <name> was last on, how would it call @<name>'s variable? I tried doing something along the lines of @%1, but that of course doesn't work.

Any ideas? Thanks.
