I don't see a "automatically update for DST" checkmark in my options, so I guess there isn't an automated update.
You could simply change your GMT offset in the settings.
Anyway, even if there was such option, it would still not work properly for every possible place in the world, unless the board implemented the Region/City zone name scheme, since different countries/states can have different policies regarding when and how they change the time. |

Yeah, it's a PHPBB2 issue. Won't be fixed. Another reason for a new forum system.
