About v3.28

I did a few more bug fixes in the Reformat Script command than I'm really comfortable with, so please test this some more. These bugs are particularly major because they effect both CMUD and TeSSH.

I also fixed the mapper room creation zone issue and a few more speedwalk issues. Also added the color option for the rooms that have invalid vNums, so I hope you are happy! Wink

Please keep testing as much as possible. Thanks.

Thanks Zugg, you're amazing, as always. I'll do some extensive testing of reformatting tomorrow.

Haven't noticed anything yet in the reformatting. Well... I did notice an odd formatting error following the call of the #LOCAL command to declare a local variable, but when I removed the call (since I didnt need it anyways, but had originally had an error saying the variable was not defined, properly due to formatting) it formatted just fine with no errors after, so I havent been able to reproduce it.
