ETA of FTP

Is there an ETA on when #FTP will arrive into CMUD?

FTP is already implemented in the 3.10 Beta version of CMUDPro.

Will it remain exclusive to CMUDPro or will it eventually make it to CMUD? I'm using CMUD Beta at the moment.

It will remain exclusive to the CMUDPro and TeSSH products.

Haha oh well. Not long after I purchased CMUD, I ended up becoming a MUD developer at the MUD I played at and FTP is my editor of choice. I guess I have to wait for my Lisence to expire in Oct 2010 to get Pro. :/ Unless there is a way to upgrade?

I might be wrong, but wasn't there a Pro discount for people with CMUD already?

Yes you can upgrade. Just log into the Zuggsoft store and purchase an upgrade. The last I checked the cost of the upgrade was the price difference between CMUD and CMUDPro.

Tech is correct. Just be sure to *log in* to the Zuggsoft store using the email and password you used to buy CMUD in the first place. The store can only give you the upgrade discount if you are logged in so it can see your past CMUD order history.

Yeah that's why I kind of doubted it at first. I didn't see it on the downloads page. I've found it and paid my way to the CMUD cause. :) Thanks for all your hard work, Zugg. fan +1

I just tried to update to Cmud PRO, and the store doesn't add the discount for me. I purchased Cmud in june of 2009, so am I not able to get the update for $10? I signed in before adding pro to my cart.

Which version of Pro did you add? There may be several things at play here. CMUD 3.x will be a major release requires a paid upgrade (if you are outside your two-year free upgrade window). Since you bought in June 2009 that shouldn't be the case. I would recommend you make sure you are adding the CMUDPro 2.x for the upgrade discount to kick-in, and then you should be able to transition to CMUDPro 3.x for free.

If this still fails or you have any questions or concerns, contact Zuggsoft at support@zuggsoft.com. Be sure to include the email address tied to your store account and your original order if it's different).

Also, in the future please create a NEW POST for your issue instead of replying to an old post like this.
