CMUD will not process triggers in the middle of a script unless the script is running in a background thread. So just enabling the trigger and then setting the state will work fine.
When a trigger (or any other setting) is disabled, it is removed from CMUD's search tree so that there is no way to access it. So there is no way to change the state because as far as CMUD can tell, the disabled trigger doesn't exist. |
