[3.14a] Unable to create new portals "RecordIndex out of range."

Is anyone else having issues creating a new portal?

I created a new map in 3.14a (didn't convert from a previous version)
Mapped a few rooms
Tried to create a new portal in edit/portals
Clicked on "New Portal" and got:

RecordIndex out of range.

think this is an old and known issue. The GUI is broked, but the functions should be ok. Of course, I don't use portals...

I actually didn't have this in my bug list for some reason, but I've added it now. Thanks for the report.
