[3.14] Session folder name corruption

If you create a session folder with a "#" at the end of it, and then later remove the "#" it corrupts the session name. Steps to reproduce:
- Start a clean (no session imports) and make sure you are viewing as "Tiled Icons"
- Create a session folder named "Floppy#"
- If you click on the folder is should display "Session: [Floppy#]" at the top of the Session GUI windows and "Floppy#" in the popup
- Single click into the folder name, to edit the text and remove the "#" at the end of the name and then press enter.
- If you now click away from the folder and back again it should display "Session: Floppy" at the top of the Session GUI window (note no square brackets) and "Floppy" in the popup
- Close TeSSH and start TeSSH up again.
- Session folder should now be displayed as "opp" and have "opp" in the pupup but clicking on it will display "Session: Floppy" at the top of the Session GUI window.

That's a weird one, but I've added it to the bug list. I didn't think # was a special SQL character, but maybe it's doing something unexpected in the database of the Windows Listview component.
