[3.12] How do I write from command line too "#clear <window> ?"

I want too be able too clean a window from text, i'm working on a radar that picks up enemies..

I've found there's ctrl+j, but for that i have too manualy move the cursor and click and then ctrl+j and then.. select back too mud window... very much hassle

are there such a way too make it scriptable?
