Feature request: Faster way to select message types in debugger.

Having to click through the Messages menu in the debugger repeatedly is really slow for me (two clicks per type), especially since I tend to switch between having everything enabled and having only two or three types enabled frequently. It would be a lot faster if there was a checkbox list on the side similar to the class selector (possibly underneath the class selector). It would also be nice if it had "select all message types" and "deselect all message types" buttons.

I'll add this to the wish list and see if I can improve the interface. Putting something below the class selector is definitely a good option idea. And adding the SelectAll and DeselectAll should be pretty easy.
