License key retrieval

Access denied.

This license key was already retrieved recently.

Check your e-mail for the previous message containing your license key and make sure your e-mail is set up to accept messages from zuggsoft.com.
If you can't find the e-mail message that was already sent, then contact Zugg Software support at support@zuggsoft.com to retrieve this license key. You will need to provide the name, e-mail address, and postal-address that the original order was made from.

I always get the above whenever I request a key even if it's been a year since the last time. It also always sends me the email with the key even though I get that message. I definitely only press the button once, it is possible it processes the press twice though.

I've noticed this in the past too but never bothered mentioning it as it always does send the key anyway.

Hmm, that's very odd. I'll add this to the long list of stuff that I need to look at for the web site whenever I get some time.
