KB links in the zMUD references

The KB links in the zMUD command and function lists don't have zmud_ prepended, so the links are actually wrong. The system's since been changed so that links that don't explicitly state which copy point to CMUD's manual instead.

Yes, that's true, and probably won't be changed. There are a lot of problems and bad links in the zMUD online help. zMUD has it's own standalone help file. The online help system is being used more for CMUD. Since I'm trying to get people to upgrade to CMUD, I don't have the time to go through all of the zMUD topics to update it's help links. I'd rather that people get the CMUD version of the manual, rather than the zMUD version, which is why I made the change to the links.
