PAYMENT ISSUES

Just this morning I tried purchasing a license key from Zuggsoft. It kept saying my credit card was declined, and it turns out that actually, it charged me 2 extra times for the price of 29.99 I called my banking company and even emailed zuggsoft. In order to get that money back today, Zuggsoft has to contact my bank and authorize them to give me my money back. What do I do? I really wish Zuggsoft had a telephone number.

*sigh*

Thanks,
Alan

The money probably hasn't actually left your account - it's just been reserved. It happens all the time with online purchases that don't go through for whatever reason (WoW billing and character transfers are notorious for doing this). The bank should automatically release the funds without any intervention from Zuggsoft after a couple of days. After all, it's your money and they haven't taken it.

Being unable to buy things with a perfectly good card does sound like a problem, however.

Sherlock, check your email. I just finished taking care of this. I know it seems like nearly noon to you, but we're several time zones away.
