[2.18] OnExit event not called when session is closed (wish list)

This actually has been the case for all versions, and was the case with zMud. I pretty much never actually needed it with zMud, but always felt that it needed to be called when a session ended to provide a way for any cleanup to occur. It currently does get called when CMud is closed, it just needs to be moved to exit of session.
