ok, figured it out. i'm not sure if the * made a difference but i switched the oninput to newline instead of prompt, not sure how it got set to that. it works perfectly now. |

i think this might actually have nothing to do with zmud, it's just the combination of the firewall on the server, the simple ftp server, and the zmud #ftp client all mixed together make it a problem ... |

if you open them one at a time once, you can "save layout" under the layout menu and it will show up as one icon in the char select screen. when you click on that, all the characters will come up agai ... |
