This is an annoying error that forces you to reboot your system and still doesn't fix it. Is there a way to clear memory or get around this?

I get this error on cmud startup that the pcre810 dll cannot be loaded. I have tried restarting the machine many times.
Running windows 10 and I am unsure if an update has caused this or not |
