I believe that when there are no existing buttons or triggers you have to select the new button first to create.. After you have one it should look as it does normally.

I would like to create a process using Zmud that would allow the ability to turn on and off specific triggers. This would entail mostly spells(ie...c armor) and would use a command like spellson or s ...
