i was also having the same problem.but i just deleted the atconnect alias, and then it started to work. very weird.
and i can be tricky to find that alias, so use search.

i have muschclient and am thinking of buying zmud, but the one thing that i miss from mushc, is that when you double-click a word in the output it can instantly put it in the command line...
