Since this appears to be a memory issue have you considered changing the scroll back buffer size of the mud output window?

Try lowering it to something like 900. I remember somewhere back in ancie ...

I have a similar problem to this, it happens every now and then when I'm playing a mud, it causes zMUD's screen to freeze up and I have to close it out, upon which time it gives me the same error mess ...

Click the Prefs button in the toolbar. Expand the pages on the left and you should find the Emulation page.

well, in 7.21 it only has prefs in edit, and nothing about emulator, it doesn't seem to ...

using English, both the mud and myself, and btw, where can I see the "emulator" prefs. I just tried checking the prefs menu and it didn't say anything about emulators

can anyone let me know the variable to put in for when someone attacks something, (anyone that is, not just one person) to assist them? I want to think its %n, but I'm not sure
