Thanks for the help, but it didn't show me anything I didn't already know. Zmud sends all the directions, but the mud in only receiving the first one.

just to update this:
zmud sends the commands, but only the first direction is followed.. then it's as if i get locked out: i see stuff happening but the mud won't take any of my commands.

I set up wine and winetools with the MDAC and Jet40SP8 and IE6SP1 under Ubuntu breezy, Got zMud working emulating Windows NT4, 2000 and XP, not with global sett ... |

Actually I did install zmud with wine and so far it works OK... surprinsigly!
I just can't run the mapper, it gives an access violation at module zmud.exe.... any ideas? I'd apreciate it :)
