Did you try running the program as an administrator?
It should be a right-click option.
I did, and now I get a box that says
"No dynamic library from the list SQLite.dll found" |

I try to start zmud. The splash screen opens but then I get an error box saying:
"chars: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset"
Tried downloading and reinstalling, but same answer. ... |
