You can already do this with triggers, if you have the right sound drivers installed. Try something like:

The .mud file is in another folder inside the zmud folder. So if you play medievia your settings are contained in the folder "zmudmedievia"

Well, if you have access to a unix account (common at most universities) then it is fairly easy. Simply connect to the unix account and from there telnet to your mud.

I guess I'm not sure what you mean. Only enemy names are surrounded by *'s, right? You won't need any other triggers, as this isn't specific to a single enemy.

I think this is because the last trigger triggers on both prompt and newline. Manually edit its options and uncheck trigger on newline.
