Ok, solution found... apparently the default settings won't work. Once I disabled (unchecked) the entire "telnet options" section in Emulation, and restarted the app, it worked.

I'm on Win2k Pro, connecting to 131.247.113.1 3003, my login and password are echo'd, but nothing once logged in.
