I imagine it depends how deep you get into them. Traditionally OGL is easier to use as a learner but they're about on equal footing otherwise, from the dev forums and other comparisons I've seen.

Yeah I know it can be annoying and I did have it set to main windows services only. When I changed it to All and set it to ignore CMUD it worked suddenly.

The only other app I've had any problems ...

Weyll, I can't get 2.22 or 2.25 to install right now, so I'm glad I haven't really been MOOing lately anyway.

Still getting the exception on launch with Windowblinds on 2.13, but the app is still running after.

The error reporting hates my firewall apparently, oh well.

I was only implying that the way you draw stuff doesn't appear to work well with how Vista redirects graphics calls, not that CMUD doesn't work well.

I'm kind of amazed at all the negativity about Vista myself. A lot of the stuff it breaks never worked all that well to begin with, and I suspect people will say 'this is what Vista should've been!' ...
