I want it basically to play the wav file "boo.wav" when the Exact text "You may now quest again." comes up 5 times. how would i do it? or is it even possible

I kinda need a trigger for when it says Exactly:

You may now quest again.

I want it to play a sound on my computer that is named lets say Boo.wav how do i make it when it says You may now quest ...
