Just for the record, to get the port bit working you would do something like:

How do you connect to another user who is not on the 4050 port? I presume if the #call command was working we could just go #call 123.123.123.123:9999 for example, but that command doesn't work anymor ... |

It might be easier to do this win an input trigger, so anytime you type anything and send it to the mud, it resets the variable.

First, to get rid of the syntax error define an alias eg:
#alias clearRefills {#var refill 0}
Then replace the '#var refill 0' after 'Abort refilling:', with 'clearRefills' instead.

The other thing you should keep an eye on if you are seeing lines being gagged (or not seeing them even!), is to make sure that your password isn't contained on those lines. By default zMUD gags lines ... |

One reason might be because this doesn't deal properly with tells and channel says that are longer than one line. Perhaps one of those clever multistate triggers would be of use in this scenario.

zChat is scriptable from within zMud, so if your Mud does not support whatever group reporting features you desire, you can write your own. (eg if you are in a group of people xping, you can set up zC ... |
