When I try to create a new map in zMapper, I get:

"in table-level validation expression."

Also, I can't open any maps, be it through zMapper OR zMUD. If this is a Jet/MDAC error, how do I fix it ...

Quick update II

Just tried reopening the mud map that started all this (Discworld.mdb) and got this error:

"Access violation at address 1B066310 in module 'msjet40.dll'. Read of address 00000000 ...

Just a quick update. I reopened zMapper, and loaded on of the sample maps (temple.mdb). It starts to load, then I get

I've tried both. I've even closed and restarted zMUD, and tried rebooting Windows 2000. Only thing that's worked is loading my backup copy of the map.

Ok, I ran the MDAC Check, and when I clicked on the OLEDB tab, I got this error message:

CoCreateInstance failed: You most likely don't have the OLEDB components installed.

Just tried that. Here's what I got:

LoadLibrary("C:Program FilesCommon FilesSYSTEMOLE DBoledb32.dll") failed.
GetLastError returns 0x0000001f

I have no idea what that means.

Already tried that. Also gone through the windows updater and made sure I was up to date, and I reinstalled IE 6, just to be sure.
Every time I reinstall MDAC, I get that OCX error.
