When using 'ping' command for a bad address, everything halts for the time of the ping, and you have to wait... (annoying if there is a typo on the address/port).

I am using package editor in making the status window. It is the easiest way for me at least.

I have a variable @timer which is time calculated in seconds.
Pattern is following:
((%time(d) * 86400) + (%time(h) * 3600) + (%time(n) * 60) + %time(s))

Value of @timer becomes 016 or something ...
