Ok, i figured a way around this. Basically you do this.
#Trigger {You walk (*).} {#NOMAP;#MOVE %1}
Voila.

Let me ask my question a little bit differently:
Is there anyway to force the mapper, in FOLOW mode, to ONLY move when the #MOVE command has been issued?
