I am moving house soon. I will have a new phone number and perhaps a new ISP. Will this affect my Zmud licence, or will it "know" that it is still on the same computer somehow?

Is there a way of sending all my triggers and aliases to my friend so they can just install them all in one go and not have to type them all in?
