I had that problem too, just resize the WHOLE cMud window(double click on the top bar) and it should fix it, it did for me.

I think the reason all of our buttons aren't working is a simple one... where did the panel option go? It seems to default to top, and no way to choose right/left/bottom/etc

100% positive zMud does that, I just did it. :)
